New Clinic Location Coming to Little Snake River in December

In the spring of 2022, The Assisted Care Facility (ACF) 501c3 also commonly known as “The Village”, announced that with the support of Crowheart Energy and Ethos Asset Management they would be converting the office space located at 15 Lash St. into a three phase project consisting of a new medical office building for the Baggs Clinic, new emergency medical service and ambulance facility, and a senior apartment community that will allow our aging residents to remain near their friends and family. Paul Prestrud, President of the ACF, commented that, “Our board is very happy to be working toward our long-term goals of providing better resources for the seniors and all residents of our Valley.”

The 6000 SF space that has been converted into a Medical Office, will open to the residents of the Little Snake River Valley as the “Baggs Clinic” in December of 2022. This building space will be turned over to the Rural Healthcare District on December 1st 2022. The Rural Healthcare District will begin their move of equipment and furnishings at that time.  All clinic operations are scheduled to move to this new facility for an opening date of December 15th, 2022.  Ryan Mikesell, President of the Rural Healthcare District Board said, “We are very excited about the increased space for our valley medical services. This new space will allow providers to better serve our community with an office space that more than doubles the size of their current location. The additional space will house a larger, in-house laboratory, allow space for more advanced third-party traveling providers, give local businesses local DOT drug testing options, and much more. We are very excited about what this means for our community.”

A Grand Opening has been scheduled after the holidays, in January, to showcase the Clinic space to the community and our partners in this project. This date will be announced once the soft opening has been successfully completed at the new facility.

Crowheart Energy Chairman and CEO, Robb Turner said “We are very honored to have the opportunity to support the Little Snake River Valley and donate the buildings for the new Medical Complex and are looking forward to the Clinic Grand Opening in January.”

Carlos Santos, CEO of Ethos Asset Management commented that "I am humbled by the inspirational work, dedication and commitment of the Little Snake River community and the Assisted Care Facility. We are honoured to be partnering with such a special organisation and to be able to give our support to the opening of this wonderful new Clinic facility. We look forward to seeing the opening of the Clinic and the care that will be offered to the elderly residents and wider community, which will be second to none. Ethos is proud to be the long-term partner of such a critical public service and community organisation aligned with our core values."
